About the Opportunity
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is proud to be partnering with a global mining firm assisting their search for an experienced and highly capable Instructional Designer. This role is offered as a 6-month casual based contract, with the potential for extension. This role is offered as fully remote, with supplied work equipment.
  
Successful applicants must have full work rights in Australia and be currently based within Australia, overseas applicants will unfortunately not be considered for this opportunity.
  
Your next role:
As an Instructional Designer you will join a rapid development project, conducting analysis of existing e-learning materials and upgrading these modules. Experience working within short-time frames and a fast paced environment are essential for success within this business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather and analyse content.
• Designing engaging and interactive instructional materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and assessments.
• Utilizing instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
• Staying current on industry trends and best practices to enhance the quality of our educational offerings.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of instructional materials into various platforms.

  
About you:

• Proven experience in instructional design, including the development of e-learning courses.
• Previous experience using Articulate Storyline (Mandatory).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creativity and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences.
