About the Opportunity
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a leading energy organisation to recruit an SAP SuccessFactors Analyst for an initial 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension.
This role focuses on system configuration, user experience, data integrity, and continuous improvement within the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
What You Will Do:
- Configure and manage SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning, etc.)
- Collaborate with ICT, vendors, and stakeholders to optimise system performance and ensure security
- Lead system testing, data management, and fault resolution
- Build in-house capability to reduce reliance on external support
- Support the implementation of new modules and integrations
- Maintain system documentation, ensure compliance, and uphold reporting accuracy
- Develop and manage HR reports and dashboard
What You Will Bring:
- 3–4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors across multiple modules
- Solid understanding of HR processes and systems
- Proficiency in system configuration, basic integrations (e.g., APIs), and technical documentation
- Experience in reporting and dashboard creation using SuccessFactors tools
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business Systems, or a related field
