About the Opportunity
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is proud to be partnering with a local mine site assisting their search for an Administration Officer to support their talent acquisition team. This role is offered as a 2-3 month contract, with the opportunity for extension.
This position is offered as a DIDO role with camp accommodation, on a Monday to Friday roster.
Successful applicants must be immediately available and have full work rights in Australia (currently based within Australia), overseas applicants will unfortunately not be considered for this opportunity.
Your next role:
As the Talent Admin Officer you will be responsible for assisting the talent acquisition team with managing a database of candidates, managing emails, screening candidates and completing compliance checks.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment administrative processes including advertising, interview scheduling, reference checks, and medical bookings.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and assist in the coordination of pre-employment requirements (medicals, inductions, right-to-work checks, etc.)
- Maintain accurate records of candidate documentation and ensure compliance with internal policies, site requirements, and legal obligations.
- Monitor validity of qualifications, licences, and medicals for employees and contractors.
- Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team and HR department as required.
About you:
- Proven experience in an administrative position
- Eagerness to learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition
- Tech savvy, with strong excel skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
