About the Role
In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality environmental consulting services while contributing to Cowie’s long-term growth. Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
- Developing and managing project scopes, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Monitoring emerging environmental policy, legislation, and industry trends to provide current and competitive advice.
- Supporting business development through proposals, client engagement, and strategic growth initiatives.
We are open to candidates from a variety of environmental consulting backgrounds, including contaminated land, approvals, compliance, reporting, and broader environmental management functions.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in an environmental consultancy environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Management or a related discipline.
- Advanced knowledge of Queensland and/or NSW environmental legislation, with practical project application.
- Proven track record in preparing environmental documentation, managing risk, and engaging stakeholders.
