About The Opportunity
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a mining organisation to recruit an immediately available Purchasing Administrator to join their procurement team on an initial 3-month casual based contract, with the possibility of extension, to support a busy period.
Accurately enter and maintain purchasing data in internal systems
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and documentation
- Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking order statuses
- Maintain and update procurement records and reports
- Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team
What You Will Bring:
- Previous experience in a Purchasing or Procurement Admin role
- Strong data entry and organizational skills
- Experience using SAP and/or Oracle systems is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and time management skills
