About The Opportunity

Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a mining organisation to recruit an immediately available Purchasing Administrator to join their procurement team on an initial 3-month casual based contract, with the possibility of extension, to support a busy period.
  
Accurately enter and maintain purchasing data in internal systems

  • Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, delivery schedules, and documentation
  • Assist in preparing purchase orders and tracking order statuses
  • Maintain and update procurement records and reports
  • Provide general administrative support to the purchasing team

What You Will Bring: 

  • Previous experience in a Purchasing or Procurement Admin role
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Experience using SAP and/or Oracle systems is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
