About The Opportunity
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a reputable energy organisation to recruit for an Information Management (IM) Specialist to join their team on an initial 6-month engagement with possibility of extension.
This role will be supporting an uplift program in Information Governance and Records Management.
- Support delivery of Information Management frameworks, standards, and processes
- Assist with digitisation and quality management initiatives
- Contribute to archiving solution implementation
- Support project delivery, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and achieving objectives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Promote continuous improvement and process optimisation
What You Will Bring:
- Experience in digitisation and archiving solutions
- Skilled in documenting and improving information governance processes
- Knowledge of information management and security in Government-Owned Corporations
- Experience supporting Information Asset Management
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficient with ECM and DMS, including Microsoft 365
- Experience in Knowledge Management initiatives
- Familiarity with MS Purview RM and lifecycle support tools would be highly regarded
