About this role:
In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and enhancing business processes through technology. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you’ll analyse complex business needs, deliver data-driven insights, and recommend smart, scalable solutions that improve efficiency, effectiveness, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the identification, analysis, and documentation of business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive process improvements and digital transformation
- Develop process maps, business models, and gap analyses
- Assess solution feasibility, support business case development, and contribute to project scoping
- Translate technical information into clear business language for diverse stakeholders
- Support the design and delivery of user acceptance testing and training materials
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale ICT or enterprise projects
- Strong skills in process mapping, business modelling, and requirements gathering
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Experience working within government or complex organisational structures (preferred)
- Familiarity with best practice frameworks (e.g. BABOK, SFIA)
- Relevant qualifications in Business Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields
