Level 2/3 Technical Support & Project Coordinator

The Level 2/3 Technical Support & IT Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment and completion of duties as specified by the Superintendent, Service Delivery.

Responsibilities include:

  • Level 2/3 Technical Support
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, budgets, and information.
  • Define achievable tasks to set realistic timeframes and build an achievable project schedule.
  • Oversee project procurement to meet required schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
  • Analyse risks and opportunities to mitigate impacts on business and provide safe work methods.
  • Complete all tasks and duties as reasonably requested by the leader and key stakeholders.
  • Leverage technology to improve business efficiencies.
  • Proactively build and maintain positive working relationships through teamwork and mutual respect.
  • Carry out all work safely and in accordance with correct operating procedures.
  • Behave in accordance with the Coronado Code of Conduct and CARE Values.
  • Lead by example, set clear expectations, review work regularly and provide continuous and meaningful feedback.
  • Hold self and team members to account and appropriately recognise effort.
  • Microsoft systems – Active Directory, Operating Systems, file systems, Office 365, and Azure.
  • Mobile technologies.
  • Printing technologies.
  • Current S11 and CBM preferred but not necessary
