We are seeking a Senior Engineer (Civil) to manage pre-construction and construction phases across multiple projects. This is a contract opportunity offering flexibility, exposure to complex projects, and the chance to mentor and lead engineering teams.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and manage road infrastructure projects from design through to construction.
• Provide expert technical advice on design, materials, construction methods, and project planning.
• Act as Project Manager and Contract Administrator, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
• Support and mentor engineers, graduates, and technical staff to deliver successful outcomes.
• Engage with stakeholders and manage project tenders and contracts with professionalism and integrity.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), accredited under the Washington Accord or equivalent.
• Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ).
• Proven experience in civil engineering project management, ideally in road infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, tender processes, and construction management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively.
• Class C driver’s licence and valid Construction Induction.
