HST Administrator

Role Overview:

Alchemy Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation in the Bowen Basin region, currently seeking an HST Administrator. This role is critical in ensuring smooth operations on site, managing training programs, maintaining compliance records, and supporting Health, Safety & Training processes across the workforce.

What we’re looking for:

We’re seeking an experienced administrator with a strong attention to detail and a background in safety, training or compliance support, you will:

  • Coordinate and maintain site records, registers, and documentation
  • Schedule, track, and administer staff training, inductions, and compliance courses
  • Support risk assessments, incident reporting, and safety documentation
  • Liaise with operational teams to ensure staff meet mandatory training and compliance requirements
  • Assist with roster and crew scheduling to align with site and training needs

To be successful, you will have:

  • Previous experience in site, training, or HST administration
  • Must hold a coal board medical and S11
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, experience with training or safety management systems is a plus
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety legislation and compliance standards
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
