Alchemy Recruitment is currently partnering with a confidential client to recruit a motivated Junior Accountant to join their Corporate Services team in Brisbane’s inner suburbs.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career accounting professional looking to build strong technical capability across core finance functions while working in a supportive and fast-paced environment.
About the Role In this role, you will gain hands-on exposure across a broad range of accounting and finance activities, including:
- Assisting with month-end processes and reporting
- Supporting accounts payable and receivable functions
- Preparing journals, reconciliations, and financial data entry
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting audit requirements
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across the business
- Contributing to process improvements within the finance function
About You To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in finance
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in a finance or accounting support role (desirable but not essential)
