Completions Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Completions Specialist to support a major mining project in Queensland.

This role will suit someone with strong completions, handover and project close-out experience across mining, resources, construction or heavy industry.

• Working closely with project, construction, commissioning and operations teams
• Focus on completions, documentation, handover and close-out

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate completions activities across the project
• Track and close out punch list items
• Support handover from construction through to commissioning and operations
• Maintain completions registers, documentation and status reporting
• Work with project teams, contractors and stakeholders to ensure close-out requirements are met
• Support quality, safety and compliance requirements throughout the completions process
• Ensure handover packs and project documentation are accurate and complete

Experience required

• Previous experience in a completions, handover, commissioning support or project close-out role
• Mining, resources, construction or heavy industry background
• Strong document control and reporting skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and contractors
• Good understanding of project delivery, QA/QC and commissioning processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up outstanding actions
• Experience with completions systems or project management systems highly regarded
