About the Opportunity
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a confidential client in the heavy resources sector to source an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor for a 3-month temporary contract, based in the Brisbane CBD. This is a great opportunity for a hands-on TA professional to take ownership of recruitment across a diverse and fast-moving portfolio.
This role will see you managing end-to-end talent acquisition for both blue collar and white collar positions across multiple sites, partnering closely with hiring leaders to deliver quality talent outcomes in a technically complex, high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue collar and white collar roles across multiple sites
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and build effective sourcing strategies
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across a broad and varied requisition load
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and manage candidate communication throughout the process
- Support offer management and onboarding coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data within the ATS
- Contribute to continuous improvement of TA processes and candidate experience
About You
- Previous talent acquisition experience within heavy industries is essential (non-negotiable)
- Proven ability to manage recruitment across both blue collar and white collar roles simultaneously
- Comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholder groups at once
- Strong sourcing skills and confidence engaging both active and passive candidates
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high-volume, varied workload
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
