Alchemy Recruitment is currently recruiting for multiple Maintenance Superintendent positions supporting a large mining operation in the Bowen Basin, QLD.
These are senior site leadership positions overseeing mobile maintenance operations across a substantial mining fleet. We’re looking for experienced maintenance leaders who can manage people, performance, safety and equipment availability while working closely with site and management.

What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience leading mobile mining maintenance teams
- Superintendent-level experience within mining or heavy mobile equipment
- Experience managing maintenance performance across a sizeable fleet
- Strong leadership across supervisors, leading hands and maintenance crews
- Safety, availability, cost and productivity focus
- Ability to work effectively with operational and project leadership
- Comfortable taking ownership and driving improvement
