Administration Officer

Overview:
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with local government to secure a Administration Officer for this 4-month opportunity. Your role will have you working with an engaged team to resolve internal queries and issues while handling other Administration duties.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and managing databases.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to support ongoing projects and initiatives.

  
Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role
  • Well-developed time management skills to achieve proficiency and effectiveness in managing the workload and priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement skills
