Administration Officer

Overview:
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with local government to secure a Administration Officer for this 4-month opportunity. Your role will have you working with an engaged team to resolve internal queries and issues while handling other Administration duties.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with collation and recording of statistical data for the waste services contracts
  • Preparation of reports, briefings and statistical data analysis relation to waste and recycling education activities
  • Support the coordination of waste and recycling community engagement activities, including compilation of promotional material, events, workshops, presentations and information forums.

Essential Requirements:

  • Demonstrated relevant experience in a similar role
  • Well developed time management skills to achieve proficiency and effectiveness in managing the workload and priorities and meeting deadlines
  • Great interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement skills
