We are seeking an experienced Architecture Outcome Lead to provide architectural leadership across complex technology initiatives, with a strong focus on modernising legacy platforms through event-driven design.
This role suits someone who enjoys shaping outcomes, guiding delivery teams, and translating business intent into scalable, future-ready architectures.
What you’ll do:
- Lead solution architecture from early concept through to delivery, ensuring alignment with enterprise roadmaps and principles
- Shape event-driven approaches that enable loosely coupled integration and near real-time data flows
- Define logical architectures and guide physical design decisions across complex system landscapes
- Provide architectural governance and design assurance throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Partner closely with delivery teams to support incremental modernisation of legacy systems
- Assess transition options and support pragmatic, risk-aware architecture decisions
- Influence standards, patterns, and practices that improve long-term platform sustainability
What we’re looking for:
- Strong experience in solution or enterprise architecture within complex environments
- Practical knowledge of event-driven architecture and asynchronous integration patterns
- Experience guiding delivery teams through modernisation or platform transformation initiatives
- Ability to balance strategic architecture thinking with hands-on delivery support
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, contemporary integration approaches, and modern development practices
- Experience using architecture modelling techniques and notations (e.g. logical views, capability models)
