Business Analyst

Alchemy Recruitment are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a high-impact process improvement initiative within a respected and purpose-driven organisation. In this contract role, you will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to analyse, map, and improve key operational processes. This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and process mapping expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with teams across the Office to map current-state Tier 1 and Tier 2 business processes.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify pain points, inefficiencies, and duplication.
  • Analyse existing workflows and identify opportunities to streamline and optimise processes.
  • Develop future-state processes maps that improve efficiency, reduce duplication, and enhance sustainability.
  • Provide clear, high-quality documentation of business requirements and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions are practical, fit-for-purpose, and aligned to strategic goals.

Skills and Key Requirements
You will be a confident and engaging Business Analyst with a strong background in process improvement and stakeholder facilitation.

  • Relevant qualifications in business or similar, certification in business analysis highly desirable.
  • Proven experience in researching, analysing and documenting business requirements and identifying key issues.
  • Strong experience delivering “As-Is” and “To-Be” business process models.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience using BPMN or similar process modelling frameworks.
  • Ability to quickly understand complex environments and identify practical improvements.
  • Availability to work – 3-4 months commencing June 2026.
