Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a leading mining organisation to recruit a Senior Contracts Advisor (Services). This role will see you take ownership of contract development, negotiation, and administration, ensuring efficient and compliant procurement of critical services across operations.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Contracts Advisor, you will:

• Lead the tendering, negotiation, and execution of service contracts with local and international suppliers.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand operational requirements and deliver cost-effective contracting solutions.
• Provide expert guidance on contract management, compliance, and governance.
• Mentor and support junior advisors (including offshore resources).
• Build strong vendor relationships to improve performance and value delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement and contracting processes.

About You
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. To be successful, you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Law, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement and contracts, particularly in services.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and contract drafting expertise.
• Experience with ERP procurement systems (SAP / Coupa).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• A high level of integrity and ability to work within strict compliance frameworks.
