Facilitator – Graduate & Learning Programs
3-Month Contract | Perth | Monday-Friday
We are seeking an engaging and experienced Facilitator to support the delivery and ongoing development of a major Graduate Program and broader enterprise learning initiatives within a large resources organisation.
This isn’t a role for someone who simply presents a pre-written training deck. We’re looking for someone with energy, presence and personality who can connect with everyone from graduates entering the business through to experienced leaders and stakeholders. You’ll facilitate established programs while also rolling up your sleeves and contributing to how the programs are developed, improved and delivered.
The Role
You will be responsible for delivering engaging learning experiences across graduate, onboarding, workplace culture and enterprise programs. Working closely with Learning & Development teams and program stakeholders, you’ll also contribute to program content, coordination and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitate engaging graduate, onboarding and corporate learning programs
- Build rapport with diverse audiences and create an inclusive, energetic learning environment
- Contribute to the creation, development and improvement of learning programs and content
- Work closely with L&D teams and stakeholders to continually improve the learner experience
- Support the coordination and logistics required to successfully deliver programs
About You
We’re looking for someone who is naturally confident and engaging, but who also brings a genuine Learning & Development background.
You will ideally have:
- Strong experience in facilitation and Learning & Development
- Experience facilitating graduate, onboarding, capability or other corporate learning programs
- A charismatic and adaptable communication style with the ability to connect with people at all levels
- Experience contributing to learning program development, rather than solely facilitating existing content
- Strong stakeholder management, organisation and coordination skills
What Will Make You Stand Out
You are the type of facilitator who can walk into a room, read the audience and get people involved. You’re comfortable presenting to large groups, but you’re equally willing to work behind the scenes with the L&D team to build content, solve problems and improve the program.
This is a 3-month contract based in Perth, working five days per week, offering the opportunity to play a hands-on role in delivering a high-profile graduate program within a major resources environment.
If you’re an experienced L&D professional who loves facilitation but also wants to be involved in creating great learning experiences, we’d love to hear from you.
