Alchemy Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join a high-performing and collaborative team on a 6-month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives within a respected and purpose-driven organisation.
About the Role
Reporting to the Principal HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of organisational capability strategies. This is a broad generalist position with exposure across multiple HR disciplines, offering variety and the opportunity to make a tangible impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategic HR initiatives
- Contribute to workforce planning, organisational development
- Provide support across employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
- Assist in the development of HR frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Contribute to training and development programs and capability frameworks
- Support workplace injury and rehabilitation case management processes
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting to inform HR strategies
Key Deliverables
- Assist in delivering key frameworks including
- Human Resources Framework
- Training & Development Framework
- Performance Framework
- Culture and Wellbeing Strategy
- Support continuous improvement of HR systems, policies, and processes
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong knowledge across workforce planning, organisational development, and employee relations
- Ability to think strategically and contribute to planning and policy development
- Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working in complex or evolving environments will be highly regarded
