Human Resource Officer

Overview:
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with local government to secure a Human Resources Officer for this 4-month opportunity. Your role will have you working with an engaged team to resolve internal queries and issues while handling other HR duties.
  
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance on policies and procedures while resolving queries and issues
  • Demonstrated ability in a range of administrative support functions including preparation of draft correspondence, reports and other HR documentation relevant to the program
  • Provide support and assistance to the Human Resource Business Partner team to assist with task completion and service delivery and in collaborate with key Council stakeholders as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience supporting a broad range of specialised Human Resource functions
  • A certificate in Human Resource Management or a combination of experience, expertise and competence sufficient to perform the duties of the Human Resource Officer.
  • Experience managing full breadth of employee relations matters interpreting, and implementing industrial instruments, HR partnering with executive leaders and leading operational HR functions.
