Information Management Specialist

About The Opportunity 
 
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a reputable energy organisation to recruit for an Information Management (IM) Specialist to join their team on an initial 6-month engagement with possibility of extension. 

This role will be supporting an uplift program in Information Governance and Records Management. 

  • Support delivery of Information Management frameworks, standards, and processes
  • Assist with digitisation and quality management initiatives
  • Contribute to archiving solution implementation
  • Support project delivery, including stakeholder engagement, risk management, and achieving objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Promote continuous improvement and process optimisation

  
What You Will Bring: 
 

  • Experience in digitisation and archiving solutions
  • Skilled in documenting and improving information governance processes
  • Knowledge of information management and security in Government-Owned Corporations
  • Experience supporting Information Asset Management
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficient with ECM and DMS, including Microsoft 365
  • Experience in Knowledge Management initiatives
  • Familiarity with MS Purview RM and lifecycle support tools would be highly regarded
