Our client have engaged us to find an ITSM Specialist to work with there Service Delivery Manager and Head Of Infrastructure to do an uplift of there current ITSM system. This 12 month assignment would see you own all aspects of the project including gathering technical & functional requirements through to configuration, deployment, development of KBA’s and training.
What your background might be?
If you are a seasoned Help Desk or Desktop Support Analyst, ITSM Subject Matter Expert (min 5 years), or you may be a Team Leader or Service Delivery Manager who has a passion for ITSM Tools/ITL and has previously been part of an ITSM implementation…..we want to hear from you!
What will you be doing?
- Elicit functional & technical requirements as well as observation of current state.
- Configuration of SLA, roles & responsibilities and knowledge management.
- Development & deployment of triage, customer satisfaction index, ITL specification and functionality.
- Assisting with integration & automation.
- assist with development of knowledge base articles and training.
This role will be a 12 month contract on a daily rate between $600-700 + Super, rate will be highly dependent on experience.
