Location: Moranbah, QLD
Roster: 9 day fortnight (5/2/4/3)

About the Role
An experienced Project Manager is required to lead coal stockpile operations in Moranbah. You will oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, and performance while ensuring safety, environmental, and contractual targets are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day stockpile operations, ensuring productivity, safety, and quality.
- Manage budgets, schedules, resources, and KPIs.
- Provide strong leadership to superintendents, supervisors, and crews.
- Liaise with maintenance to maximise equipment availability.
- Maintain client relationships and manage contractors.
- Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with site requirements.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in a similar Project Manager role (coal handling/stockpile experience highly regarded).
- Background in both maintenance and production.
- Strong budgeting, stockpile, and CDA management skills.
- Experience with heavy earthmoving equipment.
- Proven leadership in contract mining operations.
- Tertiary engineering qualification (Mechanical, Civil, or related) (ideal)
- G1, G8, G9 and G2 tickets, Standard 11, and Coal Board Medical (or ability to obtain).
