Working within the recruitment team, you will play an essential role in keeping recruitment activity running smoothly. This is a hands-on recruitment administration position with a strong focus on coordination, accuracy and delivery.
This role is best suited to someone who enjoys being office-based and working closely with recruitment and HR stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end recruitment administration support across a large blue and white collar portfolio
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communication and stakeholder availability
- Support recruitment processes from requisition through to offer and onboarding
- Prepare and issue contracts, letters of offer and employment documentation
- Manage pre-employment checks, compliance requirements and onboarding paperwork
- Post job advertisements and manage applications within the internal system
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, documentation and reporting
About You
You are organised, detail-oriented and confident supporting recruitment activity in a fast-paced and structured environment.
You will bring:
- Experience in recruitment administration, talent coordination or HR support
- Exposure to internal recruitment processes within a medium to large organisation
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confidence using internal systems and recruitment database
