People Partner – Employee Relations

Are you an experienced HR or Employee Relations professional looking to make a real impact? We are partnering with a large, values-driven organisation seeking a skilled People Partner – Employee Relations to join their high-performing People & Culture team. This role offers the opportunity to work across complex ER matters, support leaders, and influence positive organisational outcomes.

About the Role
As the People Partner – Employee Relations, you will provide high-level, pragmatic advice across a wide range of employee relations and performance management matters. You will support leaders through complex case management, contribute to enterprise bargaining activities, and interpret awards, legislation, and industrial instruments with confidence.

You will also:

  • Deliver training, resources, and guidance on ER and IR topics
  • Conduct and report on complex workplace investigations
  • Support policy development and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with Payroll, People & Culture, WH&S, and external specialists
  • Maintain confidentiality while building strong, trusted relationships across the organisation

About You
We are seeking someone who brings:

  • Qualifications in HR, IR, Law or a related field
  • Strong working knowledge of industrial and employee relations legislation (or the ability to quickly acquire it)
  • High-level analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience providing advice on performance management, ER matters and investigations
  • The ability to exercise sound judgement, tact, and discretion
