Project Lead (Salesforce) – Implementation

The Role & Background
We have been engaged on a retained search to assist our client to find a Project Lead on a Salesforce implementation. This 12 month engagement would see you own all aspects of the project including Discovery & Planning, Design, Build & Configuration, Testing, Data Migration, Deployment & Go-Live, Train & Adoption & Hypercare.
  
You will work alongside a Salesforce vendor partner as the System Integrator and report directly to the Project Sponsor (COO) who reports directly to the Board.
  
If you are a seasoned Project Manager, who likes to put on there BA and Change hats who has implemented Salesforce previously, we would love to speak with you.

What your background looks like & must have requirements

  • Prior experience successfully implementing Salesforce as a Project or Program Manager owning scope, budget and time.
  • Strong understanding of Change Management, including comms and training plans.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and user cases to assess current and future state, as well as process mapping.
  • A strong understanding of Risk Management.
  • You will be at home working with stake holder and facilitation workshops.
  • You must be available to start in the first or second week of May 2026

 Salary
  
Our client offers a salary package of $160,000 – $190,000 + Super and there is potential of a permanent role as Product Manager post implementation.
