We’re partnering with a major resources operator to source an experienced Civil Project Manager for an ongoing contract based in Central Queensland. This role focuses on brownfield civil capital projects supporting general site infrastructure.

Role Overview
You’ll manage civil infrastructure projects end-to-end, from design and scoping through to execution and close-out. This includes:
- Delivering brownfield civil projects across general site infrastructure
- Challenging and guiding engineering consultants to achieve fit-for-purpose, safe and efficient designs
- Managing engineering documentation, governance, and assurance processes
- Preparing project deliverables (scopes, execution plans, cost estimates, schedules)
- Coordinating stakeholders, contractors, and internal teams to meet project targets
- Leading Safety in Design (SiD) requirements and driving capital efficiency
About You
- 5+ years delivering civil projects in brownfield heavy industry/resources
- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience developing scopes, schedules, budgets, and project documentation
- Able to manage engineering design, assurance, and site-based execution activities
