We are looking to expand our team and have an opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic thriving team.
About the role:
In this role you will be managing end-to-end candidate engagement for permanent white-collar roles on an established desk within the mining sector across the East Coast of Australia.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including our database, SEEK, and LinkedIn
- Conduct sales calls to present career opportunities to potential candidates for jobs
- Conduct phone screens, interviews and assessments to identify suitable candidates for client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships candidates
- Over time, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to successful placement
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
