Alchemy Recruitment is partnering with a leading organisation in the Bowen Basin region, currently seeking a Safety Administrator to provide critical support to the site-based team.
About the role:
Reporting to the Site Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth site activities and workforce coordination.
- Maintain and update employee profiles and personnel records
- Coordinate mobilisation logistics including flights, accommodation and site access
- Manage compliance documentation such as S11, CBM, licences, and medicals
- Support onboarding and inductions for new employees and contractors
- Prepare documentation for audits and ensure compliance with site and corporate standards
- Provide general administrative support to site operations
- Organise and file documentation in accordance with site procedure

What we’re looking for:
We’re seeking an experienced administrator with a strong attention to detail and a background in safety or compliance support. To be successful, you will have:
- Previous experience as a site or safety administrator, ideally in mining or heavy industry
- Must hold a coal board medical and S11
- High level of accuracy and organisation
- Proficiency in document control systems and compliance software
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
