Senior HR Advisor

Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is working with a leading Australian Coal Producer, to secure a Senior HR Advisor for a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Senior HR Advisor, you will be part of the Senior Leadership Team and responsible for the following:

  • Interpret the site’s enterprise agreement and other legislation and industrial instruments as required and provide advice accordingly.
  • Promote company values and assist with the implementation of culture change projects.
  • Advice and assistance with performance, discipline, and grievance management.
  • Advise on remuneration and benefits.
  • Design and implement HR improvements.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience providing HR advice and support to Supervisor/Managers
  • HR or Relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Driving License
  • Experience within mining (desirable)
