Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a major, nationally operating resources organisation to appoint a Senior HRIS Analyst – Workday based in Brisbane.
You will be the Workday subject matter authority, shaping design, ensuring governance integrity and leading post implementation optimisation across geographically dispersed mining and processing operations.This position is critical to payroll accuracy, workforce compliance, audit outcomes and executive level workforce insight.
Key Responsibilities
- Own Workday configuration integrity, governance controls, release management and testing cycles within Australian operational requirements
- Drive system optimisation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and digital adoption
- Ensure compliance with Australian employment legislation, audit requirements and data integrity standards
- Deliver accurate workforce reporting, dashboards and analytics to support headcount management, labour cost control and strategic decision making
About You:
- 5+ years advanced Workday HCM experience
- Strong security framework and business process configuration knowledge
- Exposure to integrations and system testing
- Degree in HR, Business, Information Systems or similar
- Workday certifications highly regarded
