We’re seeking an experienced Senior Mine Engineer ready to complete their Mine Manager ticket and step into an operational leadership path. This hands-on role suits a skilled production mining engineer with underground drill & blast and ventilation experience, and the ability to mentor and guide others.

You’ll play a hands-on role in the planning and execution of underground mining activities, including:

• Drill and blast design and implementation
• Underground mine ventilation experience
• Explosives management, ordering, and stocktake
• Preparation of backfill and weekly mine plans
• Data entry, reporting, and analysis (daily/weekly/monthly)
• Supporting Supervisors and underground operations
• Conducting inspections of underground workings
• Regular engagement with stakeholders to review and improve mine plans

This role works directly alongside the current Mine Manager, offering a genuine runway into management.
