Junior Surveyor
 
About the Role         
Alchemy Recruitment is partnering with a rapidly growing business to recruit a Surveyor for their team based in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity join a fast-growing business and build a long-term career with one of the industry’s leading civil and infrastructure contractors.
We’re not just filling a seat — we’re looking for someone with strong fundamentals who we can develop, mentor, and grow into a key member of our survey team.
  
Delivering site-based survey works, including set-out, control, feature and as-built surveys

• Producing office-based outputs, including reporting, digital terrain models (DTMs), and volume calculations
• Collaborating closely with Engineers, Supervisors, and site teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with design requirements
• Maintaining survey data integrity, reporting standards, and file management
• Actively contributing to a strong safety culture, in line with OH&S standards 

Skills and Experience

• 2–3 years’ experience within civil/infrastructure projects
• A strong technical grounding, paired with a genuine willingness to learn and develop
• High attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude
• A great cultural fit who’s looking to build a long-term career, not just a job
