Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a well-regarded organisation to source an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator for a 3-month casual contract based in Brisbane.
This role will suit a proactive recruitment or HR professional who enjoys supporting high-volume, fast-paced talent acquisition activities and working closely with advisors and hiring managers.
This opportunity sits within a collaborative People & Culture team and will see you providing end-to-end recruitment coordination and administration support across both permanent and contract hiring.
About the Role Reporting to the Talent Acquisition leadership team, you will provide professional and timely support across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle. Your focus will be enabling Talent Acquisition Advisors to deliver efficient, high-quality recruitment outcomes while ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes including phone screening, job ads and interview coordination
- Coordinating post-interview activities such as reference checks, medicals, background checks and psychometric testing
- Managing contractor engagements through recruitment systems and liaising with approved agencies
- Assisting with onboarding activities including documentation, inductions, access and uniform coordination
- Maintaining recruitment data, reporting and candidate communications
- Supporting talent pipelining and sourcing activities across SEEK, LinkedIn and other channels
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in a recruitment coordination, HR or internal talent acquisition role
- Proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience using recruitment systems across end-to-end processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent written, verbal and stakeholder communication skills
- A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
