About the Role
Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is partnering with a well-established organisation within the resources sector to recruit a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support their recruitment team during a busy hiring period.

This is a temporary one-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role will be based in Brisbane CBD with two days working from home available each week.

This position is ideal for someone with recruitment administration or HR coordination experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting the end-to-end recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across the recruitment lifecycle
  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate scheduling
  • Maintain and update candidate information within the applicant tracking system
  • Assist with job advertisements and candidate communications
  • Support onboarding administration for new hires
  • Liaise with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Ensure recruitment documentation and processes remain compliant and accurate

About You

  • Previous experience in recruitment administration, HR support, or talent acquisition coordination
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
  • Experience with recruitment systems or HRIS platforms is advantageous
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
