Alchemy Recruitment Consulting is delighted to announce two openings for an experienced Training Administrator and a Training Specialist to join our esteemed mining client in central Queensland.

About the role:
In this role, you will be reporting to the Superintendent Site Systems.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Supporting CMWs in training, LMS navigation, and gate entry inquiries.
- Fulfilling daily data entry needs using SuccessFactors and Documentum platforms.
- Assisting Supervisors with reporting needs.
- Managing document and records handling, including archiving.
- Keeping department registers up to date.
- Conducting General Work Area Familiarizations.
- Cultivating robust relationships with key stakeholders.
Skills and Experience:
- Exceptional facilitation, presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant experience maintaining and improving a training system, and experience working in a similar role in the mining or heavy industries is favourable.
- Sound knowledge and experience managing systems in line with QLD coal mining legislation.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors Learning Management System
- S11 and Certificate IV Training and Assessment.
- Understanding of the AQF and ASQA.
