Training Manager ERP – MS Dynamics 365 Finance, Operations & Supply Chain

Our client, a global vertically integrated food manufacturing company, are looking for a specialist ERP Training Manager. You will report to the programs Change Manager and take ownership of designing, coordinating and delivering the end-to-end training approach for the D365 Finance & Supply Chain ERP implementation. The role ensures training is aligned to future-state business processes, role-based security, readiness milestones and change adoption outcomes.

Must Have & Nice To Have Requirements

•7+ years’ experience leading training for system, process or business change programs, including at least one ERP, finance, supply chain or enterprise systems implementation.
•Strong working knowledge of D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or comparable Tier-1 ERP platforms, with an understanding of finance, procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, sales and master planning processes.
•Ability to translate functional designs, business processes and technical documentation into practical, user-focused training.
•Strong experience across training needs analysis, curriculum and content design, training delivery, facilitation and learning evaluation.
•Experience developing work instructions, job aids, process simulations, training videos and digital adoption content.
•Proficient in learning management and authoring tools, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint.
•Experience managing training schedules, logistics, attendance and completion tracking, readiness reporting and training metrics.
•Experience using project delivery tools such as Azure DevOps, Planner or similar.
•Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across different levels and functions.
•Contemporary approach to Learning & Development, including the practical use of AI and digital learning tools.
•Experience supporting global, multi-site or geographically dispersed training programs is desirable.
•Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, agriculture, meat processing or other supply chain-intensive environments is desirable.
•Relevant qualifications or experience in Learning & Development, change management, instructional design, business process improvement or project delivery is desirable.
•PROSCI, Agile, instructional design or digital adoption experience/certification is desirable.

•Training strategy and plan are approved and aligned to program milestones.
•Role-based training materials are accurate, complete and aligned to approved future-state processes.
•Training attendance and completion rates meet agreed targets before go-live.
•Readiness checks show users are confident and able to complete key D365 tasks.
•Super users are equipped to support business teams through go-live and hyper care.
•Users can complete agreed role-based D365 tasks before go-live

This role requires 5 days in the office, Brisbane CBD. There will be some flexibility on start and finish times.

Salary on offer is $160,000 – $170,000 + Super on a 12 month fixed term contract (full leave entitlements)
